Maverick have teamed up with the charity Born Free to create this stunning calendar depicting some of the world’s most beautiful endangered animals. The Born Free charity was founded by the actors Virginia McKenna OBE and Bill Travers  in 1984. Now it is run by their son Will Travers. Hedgehugs is in fashion this Spring!

Maverick Books and Hedgehugs are supporting the Farlington Fashion Week! The fashion show will take place at Farlington School on Thursday 18th March and all proceeds will go towards the outstanding charity, Beat which raises awareness for eating disorders. Maverick’s books delight children at Richard House

Maverick Books donated a collection of our children’s books to Richard House Children’s Hospice for their music workshop and tea party event put on by Connect India, a charity dedicated to spreading good in the world. Connect India put on a day of music and crafts, themed around kindness, for the children on Sunday 2nd November.
