I will hopefully post next week and tell you how our trip is going! Let’s hope we… Read More »Automated Blog

Tidy Up!

I have been snowed in this week, so I have been doing some much-needed repairs around the house. First I started in the kitchen, where a floorboard had come loose. Then up the bathroom to fix my dripping tap and across the landing to the bedroom to fix a drawer that had been jammed. I pulled at the drawer but it wouldn’t budge. I tried pushing it hard the other… Read More »Tidy Up!

UEA Waterfront

3rd Gig – Norwich Waterfront To the UEA for some serious back to school rock. This week, the Waterfront, Norwich, with head banging students braving arctic conditions to get here. Dreaming of summer!

It’s still cold at Koob beach, but the ice is melting which is cheering us up so much! Scampi is still moaning about the cold, so I told him to sit cross legged, back straight, eyes shut, and picture in his head summertime with him sunbathing on my roof, a nice cold glass of milk nearby and strawberry ice cream. The hot sun making him feel relaxed, happy and cosy.… Read More »Dreaming of summer!

Snow on Koob!

It’s so cold at the moment, my engine was frozen, but managed to start. I had problems moving, my wheels were spinning so fast but was stuck in the snow. Poor old Scampi had to push me. The sea gulls found this hilarious and were jeering at him while he was shoving with all his strength. He wasn’t best pleased, but didn’t say anything to them as I reminded him… Read More »Snow on Koob!

Gig in Cambridge!

2nd Gig, Venue: Cambridge Corn Exchange Having recovered from New Year, we got on our tour bus and headed for Cambridge (the home of punting!). It took us a long time to get here because of the snow! Yep – we’ve had lots of snow! Our manager wanted to call it off, but we’re the Dogs of Rock, we were not going to let a bit of snow stop us… Read More »Gig in Cambridge!

First post of the New Year from Peggie

Happy New Year landlubbers! It’s been really cold out on the open sea. When we sail close to land we can see all of the snow that has fallen. We don’t tend to get snow at sea because of the salt, but it’s certainly cold enough! A friend of mine once told me that sometimes even the sea freezes over…not all of it though you understand. What a sight that… Read More »First post of the New Year from Peggie
