Maverick has teamed up with Tidy Books to put together a ‘tidy’ competition of epic proportions in honour of World Book Day!
You can win the ultimate ‘First Library for your child: a Tidy Books Book Box plus a bundle of our best children’s picture books.
World Book Day is the perfect opportunity to boost your child’s library and get them excited about reading. At Maverick, literacy and a love of reading is at the heart of what we do and we love the work that Tidy Books does to instil a sense of pride for reading in children.
World Book Day is a fantastic cause which celebrates books and reading in fun and active ways to encourage children to love reading and remind parents how important books can be for a child.
There are hundreds of ways to get involved from author readings at your local bookshop or Library to dressing up as your favourite book character. Have a look at the World Book Day site to find an event near you and check out our own Events page to find out where Maverick’s authors will be.
