These Early Readers are a great addition to the Maverick Book collection and I love that they aren’t brand new stories but ones that Miss C is familiar with. I felt that they boosted her confidence when she was reading them because we had read the picture books before.
We’re so pleased that the early readers are proving to boost reading confidence. We decided to adapt our current picture books for this very reason and also so that children don’t feel like they have to say  goodbye to their favourite picture books as they grow up because the Maverick stories will grow with them.
