As it’s the New year, we were discussing our New Year Resolutions. I said I would try to be extra patient with the seagulls and not blame them instantly when something goes wrong. Scampi said that this year he would try and stop chasing the seagulls when they started picking on him and Harry and Netty said the would try not to throw paper at the seagulls when they saw them in sight!
The seagulls were not there to tell us their resolutions.
