Fearsome Fritters

Hello everyone!

My Fearsome Beastie stew was so popular last time that I thought I would treat you all to a new Fearsome Beastie snack.  Now all kids love batter (nothing quite like it!), so today we’re going to make…Fearsome Fritters!

You will need:

Fearsome Beastie chunks (cut into long fingers…or just use his fingers)
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt

~
Beat egg and stir in milk. Add the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Beat until smooth. Dip in your beastie chunks – make sure they are well covered.
Now this next bit it is best to get your good old granny to do, or any adult (though granny’s are best!).  Fry your fritters in a deep fryer.  Cook these meaty pieces for about 15 minutes, until your batter is golden brown.

And there you have it, Fearsome Fritters (though not so fearsome now, eh?!)
