Yo! It’s Gran here. Ok so the Beastie Brownies recipe doesn’t contain any Fearsome Beastie but beasties do love them (so you can use them for bait or even tempt a fearsome beastie to a brownie rather than a child).
So how do you make them?
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
4 Large eggs
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
2/3 cup Coco Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup flour
1. Preheat your oven to 350 while you are preparing the Brownie Mix.
2. Mix the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla till they are well blended.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients together separately.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
5. Pour into a baking dish or pan or if you are really clever you could make a pawprint mould.
6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the Brownies start to separate from the edges of the baking dish or pan.
7. Let cool and then eat! (or share with a beastie!)
