Steve Bicknell, MD of Maverick Publishing has just met eleven illustrators in Argentina. They are from the same illustration school as Marianna Ruiz Johnson, illustrator of Sparkle’s Song.
Steve was blown away by their artwork and through it was awesome experience meeting them all.
The school is called Sótano Blanco(which mean’s white cellar) and they all work together, helping each other in their illustrations. When someone graduates they return to the school to help teach the new students.
