Get Ahead Fred & Daisy Dawes went to the Hat Works on Saturday 21 August 2010 for a hat making workshop.
Children came along to meet the new children’s character “Get Ahead Fred†and listen to stories read by author Daisy Dawes.
Then all the children were able to have a go at making their very own hat.
Little Fred couldn’t help but show off some of his own hat collection…
It was a wonderful event and everyone had lots of fun. Little Fred loved all the different hats!
