Evil genius Dr Dare has been told he needs a pal. Humans are boring so he goes to a dog shelter and finds Og: a dog with a lot of love but not many limbs. Luckily, Dr Dare has gadgets at his disposal and soon Og is loving life with his new bionic body. But how will Dare adjust to life as a supervillain with a superpowered dog?
