Not Without my Whale author helps open brand new library

Billy Coughlan, author of Not Without my Whale, joined the celebrations at Hamford Primary Academy and helped open their brand new children’s library. She joined Christopher William Hill, author of the Tales from Schwartzgarden series, to open the library last Friday.   They entertained the children with extracts from their stories and tales of writing and then cut the ribbon, officially opening the library.

Everything sold out! Clare Helen Welsh at Waterstones, Drake Circus

Last Saturday, Clare Helen Welsh had a very successful event at Waterstones, Drake Circus in Plymouth. She read her debut picture book Aerodynamics of Biscuits, led craft activities and even had a visit from Captain Sneaky McSqueaky himself!
